RITSIC is Catalonia's official Industrial Safety Register. It is mandatory for registering low-voltage electrical installations (REBT), HVAC (RITE), or fire protection (RIPCI) before connecting power or gas supply.
Not all premises can be converted. Urban planning regulations must allow additional housing density on the plot, and the premises must meet minimum height (2.50m) and natural light requirements.
